Frequently Asked Questions
Love the idea? Want in before we change email deliverability forever?
No — nothing. ClickLoyale works entirely through emails they already receive. The live progress bar lives inside the email itself and updates automatically on every open. The subscriber portal is optional and accessible via a link in the email footer, authenticated by their email address alone. No app. No signup. No friction on their end whatsoever.
Those platforms reward purchases. ClickLoyale rewards clicks — and that's a fundamentally different moment. You're not waiting for someone to buy before giving them a reason to engage. You're building the habit of opening and clicking your emails before a purchase decision is even made. Think of it as loyalty for attention, not loyalty for transactions. There's nothing else that does this.
Not at all. ClickLoyale is a layer on top of your ESP — it reads your click data, applies the reward logic, and delivers coupons back through the same platform you're already using. Your Klaviyo setup, your flows, your templates — none of that changes. We just make what you're already sending perform harder.
Every time your subscriber opens the email, their email client makes a request to ClickLoyale's image server. We query their current point balance in real time, generate a fresh image reflecting their live progress, and serve it back. The result is a progress bar that always shows accurate data — even if the subscriber opens the same email weeks later, after earning clicks from other emails in the meantime. It's the same mechanism used by standard email open-tracking pixels, just doing something far more useful.
The instant their click total hits a reward threshold, ClickLoyale automatically assigns an earned coupon code to their profile in your ESP and triggers a reward notification email. The coupon is simultaneously removed from the available pool so it can't be double-assigned. The subscriber also sees the reward appear in their Clicker Portal. The whole flow is automatic — no manual work required on your end.
No. ClickLoyale enforces a single-click-per-email rule. The first qualifying click on a given email earns the point — every click after that from the same subscriber on the same email is detected and ignored. Your attribution is clean, and your data is trustworthy.
Most brands are live within a day. You connect your Klaviyo account via API, configure your reward tiers and point thresholds, and inject the ClickLoyale button and progress image into your email templates. It's a marketer-facing setup — no engineering resources required.
Yes. ClickLoyale syncs your existing coupon codes from Klaviyo at onboarding and associates them with your reward tiers. You can also create new codes directly inside ClickLoyale at any time without re-syncing. Klaviyo remains the system of record throughout.
Klaviyo is live now. We're actively building integrations with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and additional platforms. We're prioritizing based on demand — if your ESP isn't on the list yet, tell us in a demo and it may already be on the roadmap.
The psychology here is well-established — visible progress, earned momentum, and tangible rewards change behavior. But more practically: subscribers aren't earning badges or stars. They're earning real coupon codes for brands they already chose to hear from. That's genuine value for a behavior they were already capable of. The system just gives them a reason to follow through.
ClickLoyale is designed to improve the engagement metrics that inbox providers use to evaluate sender reputation — specifically click rates. Higher clicks signal to Gmail, Outlook, and others that your emails are wanted, which helps deliverability over time. ClickLoyale injects a tracked URL into your template using the same mechanics your ESP already uses. No additional deliverability risk is introduced.
Yes. The ClickLoyale brand dashboard supports multi-account management. Each brand gets its own campaign configuration, subscriber analytics, and coupon inventory — all accessible from a single login. It's built for teams managing email programs at scale across multiple clients.
Pricing is tiered by email volume and subscriber count. No performance fees, no revenue share, no surprises. We're happy to walk through the right tier for your list size in a demo — it's usually a five-minute conversation.
